Learning how to understand items and item building and Runes and Masteries

I think I'm stupid I don't know what TO Build on my champ I just used beginner Item build . I still use locked camera I don't know how to make a masteries page for my champs I just use stuff from mobafire . I don't know what Item counter which like I really want to get better at league but I feel like Im way too stupid because of my reading lol please help me I want to get better like get plat or something just help any tips

welp your headed down the path to bronze my friend. No more locked camera, only play super easy champions like annie and garen and malphite. No more mobafire you want runes/masteries/builds you use probuilds.com and type in the champion then click on any korean look for korean pros if you know any and use their masters/runes/builds for the champs. Most of the people on mobafire and lolking are terrible ass players and you should never use those sites again. If you want to get better watch pro's play. Or you can watch coaching videos at lastshadow9 on youtube. I went from gold to diamond its easy af.

also get to know all the items so later on when you do try to do ranked and get better ect that you can build optimally because most builds are not just straightforward and you basically build due to outcomes that happen in the game. You will learn all that by either watching or just lots of games played tbh.

I use locked camera too. Having it move around when I'm just trying to aim at things is too disorienting.
