Staged all the way through. Notice that the raft isn't in a package or anything, has stuff on top of it, is in the pool toys section, but inflates like an emergency vehicle.

Yeah, that was weird. It might have been a movie sequence and it messed up, but the graphics and guys in the background makes it seem like it was real.

The situation was staged. You can see some objects begin moving before the are hit, and there is no packaging around the inflatable raft. So it is unlikely anyone was hurt.
