if you real 1000 ap with ashe that ult will change everything.
This is the only way to play ashe in URF. (Added bonus for the lols, because an arrow every 15 seconds means plenty more of those hilariously awful arrow misses we all know and love)
Funny thing is, this encouraged me to play AP ashe in ranked....
It works surprisingly well top :P
