So, Swain would stand a good chance vs him as well, especially since in addition to his magic, Swain is no pushover when it comes to fighting. He was a regular soldier at one point so a veteran foot soldier turned general's gotta know what he's doing

Fuchinokami3 votes I'm not sure. Veigar is EVIL! He's the final boss of League of Legends! A level 99 Dark Mage! He can make the skies split open and rain dark matter on his enemies! He can distord space and trap his foes in an event horizon! He can unleash the freaking BIG BANG on his foes!
But then again, he's up against the goddamn Batman. Veigar would probably die to Batman's auto-attack before he can even notice the Dark Knight.

Laughing Fish2 votesOh sure, there have been several people who have beaten Batman when he wasn't ready. Superman has beaten him on several occasions. But the Bat always returns. Batman's power comes not from being invincible, but from being indomitable.
Focus Teemo1 votesLex Luthor is actually the smartest human being in DC comics, and he has outwitted and played Batman in the past. Batman's IQ is 192, which makes him a genius. However while he is a brilliant detective, and knows a thing or two about psychology and so forth he is surpassed in intelligence by other heroes including Superman(Kryptonians are OP), The Flash(He can process information as quickly as he can run), Mister Terrific, Tony Stark, Mr.Fantastic, Hank Pym, Atom/Ray Palmer, etc.. It honestly stands to reason is more intelligent than the Batman.
