I'm not sure. Veigar is EVIL! He's the final boss of League of Legends! A level 99 Dark Mage! He can make the skies split open and rain dark matter on his enemies! He can distord space and trap his foes in an event horizon! He can unleash the freaking BIG BANG on his foes!
But then again, he's up against the goddamn Batman. Veigar would probably die to Batman's auto-attack before he can even notice the Dark Knight.
