You're kinda ignoring dives, which are a great way to turn a winning lane into free kills + towers.
Or the enemy is staying basically under tower because they are scared of your Vi or Kha'zix... who has done nothing all game but is still scary apparently because they exist.
Then they get ganked because they pushed so hard without warding and spam ping you to gank
