You're kinda ignoring dives, which are a great way to turn a winning lane into free kills + towers.

And ignoring counterjungling. Winning laners give alot of control and can help take enemy camps and starve their jungler.

Or just help pushing turrets faster after your midlaner that you were about to gank already killed theirs 1v1. If you're already nearby, make your travel worthwhile and go push that turret down like the pros do.

Or the enemy is staying basically under tower because they are scared of your Vi or Kha'zix... who has done nothing all game but is still scary apparently because they exist.
