My favorite epic fail is when i accidentally ult when putting down a ward. Though it's netted me one kill on Lux.

Man, just yesterday I was Darius going against a Rengar top doing pre-made 5's. I like to go into the bushes and cheese for the First Blood.
But he had the same mindset... He jumped me first to my surprise. I ended up missing 2 Q's and canceling an auto.
He died and gave me the heal that saved me from his ignite with 4Hp. I told him I didn't deserve that kill!!

Big fight broke out at the dragon, like 3 enemies was low enough to be 1 shot by my ult as ap ezreal. i e W Q in to do a huge damage to the remaining two and then i ulted backwards cause my mouse moved backwards at the last second.an then i got cced an died. it made me cri.
happens all the time on my Syndra...went for that perfect 5 man stun, they were lined up perfectly... i dropped my ball, E'd... but as the E was going off i meant to pick up a minion and throw it
