I thought it was a good joke until you said, "Rate my 'horrible' joke." It is funnier when you own up to the joke even if the joke is retarded. Calling your own joke horrible just feels like insecurities being portrayed through fake humility.
Even if you are not the confident type, try to act like it when joke telling. You seem to be able to come up with good material. Never doubt yourself and channel your inner Phreak, and own it anyway if everyone hates it.
