I dont have a good history with mortal reminder. I was playing yasuo once and was up against a fed warwick so I bought it. when I tried to fight that warwick, it did not work not even joking, it didnt work. he still healed up from half hp to full with a q and a couple of aa's. so thats why i hate building it

Well, both work against those champs amazingly, if you have a hyper carry who is basically all glass cannon like a Vayne or Tristana, then they don't really give them the time to heal, I mean if 15% of your damage is less than the hp they can heal, yes mortal reminder is nice, but lord Dominic's works well too cause they could have multiple tanks on the team that don't have as much heal as a Mundo or Vladimir.

I don't get why ADCs don't pick up Mortal Reminder, it works well on both squishies and tanks because tanks often have regen abilities and marksmen have lifesteal and you cut both effects in half. GR can often be the difference between winning a duel or losing it.
