No, that's Vegeta and Bulma's daughter from Dragon Ball GT. Her name is Bra in the original Japanese (Because everyone in Bulma's family is named after underwear), but they changed her name to "Bulla" in the dub.

GT was non-canon garbage, so it doesn't really matter.

I don't care if "parts" are made canon when the series as a whole is not. Dragon Ball Super is the new post-DBZ canon. I haven't watched any of Super (I loathe Goku's Japanese voice), though I have heard it's not very good either.

Regardless, the canonicity is irrelevant. It was a bad show, and that's what matters. It's not the WORST show ever, I'd give it maybe a 3.5/10.

Super isn't too bad, they tend to get on the right tract and have some badass moments and great fights that feel almost or as good as the better moments in DBZ, the moments they get right are super memorable and some of the best in the whole franchise, however then there's usually like an awful gag worthy cop out or something following it shortly after, well so far at least, the new arc looks good though imo. They made Gohan a total fucking pussy, he's essentially the yamcha of saiyans now. Although supposedly, (part of why i'm hopeful for the next arc) badass gohan is coming back in the 2017 universe battle arc. You can't really judge the series as of yet, honestly DBZ wasn't perfect, it had some slow arcs and bad filler as well. It's damn good don't get me wrong, duh, but same way you can't judge the whole series of dbz from a slow arc you can't do the same to Super. So that's where i'm at with it, it seems like they've learned from GT's mistakes a little though for sure, so i'm holding out for the promise super has shown to bloom into something fucking awesome. Also goku's japanese voice actor is annoying lmao. If i had to judge super so far with the good and the bad maybe 5.8/10 - 6.5/10. But like i said, too soon to judge it. Those numbers could easily change for super.

Lmao comic book superman is the most boring thing ever, he literally can't lose, he's just a boy scout with all the hacks. There'd be a lynch mob personally led by me if Goku was at all a bland, automatic win, happy ending inducing, cardboard character like Superman. I think most people like that Goku can lose and has a 3 dimensional somewhat selfish human-ish personality. If he became a boring ass and overpowered bitch like supes i'd riot. No lynch mob for you today, sorry.

Yeah i knew you were referring to the screw attack videos from the start, what i said just still stands. My previous comment still addresses that, and if Goku was overpowered as shit enough to take on the infinitely powered superman then i'd disown Goku. I'm an eagle scout bitch lol, but at least i have a semblance of a personality beyond what superman does. All happy nice bullshit all day long along with a get out of ever losing at anything ever card is superman's entire character, if Goku was strong enough to never be able to lose and only ever did what jesus would want him to do in every situation i would hate that. I mean, c'mon, he'd be boring as hell. Kinda like how superman is boring as hell. :P
