worlds tokens

(I did not know what board to put this under)... I recently bought a $25 league card so i can purchase the worlds pass intending on buying the championship Ashe chroma. BUT I DIDN'T READ. Blind by excitement i thought it was the skin + the chroma, but it was only the chroma. I do not own the actual skin, and the only way to obtain the actual skin is by random chance from the Hextech chests, and the odds of me getting that are much lower then they are higher. i do not have any refunds left. Does anyone know of a way i can possibly get a refund or get my tokens back? :(
