Soraka is easily the best support.

My favorite support is Nami (am on mobile so no portrait) She has such a fun kit with 2 cc abilities, a heal/damaging ability and a steroid. Basically Janna (my second favorite supp)
My favorite is , I love poking hard and making even back off in lane. She doesn't tend to fall off in damage and can be a second APC for your team if you need the damage ^_^
