redniwediS1 votesAs a Garen main with PBE access it's difficult on there, but not impossible. Keep in mind many of the AD changes will effect you as well.
All it takes is a bit of trial and error, along with a hefty dose of willpower.

HentRex1 votesI love this item but it could use a nerf to the armor/hp to still allow the ms, but at a cost of an item slot. (-100HP)(-5/10 Armor)Would really keep it's identity while keeping it from being built every game.
Blue Moon Wolf1 votesas someone who mains 2 fighters, but mains the support role (I know it doesn't make too much sense) I know the feeling. Before I wouldn't buy 
cause I would feel it would be taking up a spot for something that gives health and armor/MR, now I don't have to worry since it combines with an Item I already have on me (
). On the other hand my actual main is getting worse and worse as they nerf items I use on him. Now with this new Mastery system, I have no idea what to give him, plus all those new AD Items that turns the ADC into a swiss army class.
I know riot will likely look at mages for the next update, but riot NEEDS to help out the fighters, some of them haven't changed in 2-3 years now and are getting outclassed 4 times over.

and it's getting buffed if you want to go that route. It's getting a 10% cooldown on item actives, so it would actually work in tandem with the gold items actives. but ya, other than that, it's still just a source of health and vision.
HentRex2 votesDon't get me wrong, I am glad they finally did something to help out supports itemization. However it would be easy to have the Sightstone Final Upgrade give the 10% And Separated into the 3 different builds. Because HP benefits the tank supports, where as the mage supports might be able to take 1 extra aa from this, instead of having the sightstone benefit a stat that they use.(Side note main problem with mage supports is everything scales off AP, so if Items were made for them that where cost efficient they would be abused mid lane. That is the reason I liked the season 5 items with low ap but allowed other benefits that suited mage supports.)

Who already weren't that great..Riot really hates anything but marksman. Supports only get benefits because they have to lane with them
