Just got a 14 day suspension for getting flamed by a 5/11 kha

Riot your GAME has a problem.

If calling a flaming kha'zix who is HARD inting, 5/11, a stupid fucking bonobo ONCE, while he flames me ALL GAME for a troll support (???) is grounds for a 14 day ban, this game is ETERNALLY fucked.

Oh fun fact he blatantly denied I won the lane as a support while I was 9/8, and got first god damn tower. WHAT the hell. He denied the fact that I PHYSICALLY took the fucking tower. Actual zero brain power.

EDIT : Yes you can check who got first tower all you want, but apparently clones don't count towards taking towers remotely.

You don't need to say racist words or tell someone to KYS to get chat restricted.

The punishment system is ultra sensitive and very little negativity gets a restriction.

A restriction, yes. But a 14 day ban for chatting requires a 0-tolerance word... or multiple chat restrictions.

No. You can receive a 14 day ban if you've received two chat restrictions prior without saying any zero-tolerance words. It escalates from the 10-game chat restriction, then your 2nd "10-game chat restriction" is a 25-game chat restriction, and your 3rd "10-game chat restriction" is a 14 day ban. You may ALSO get a 14 day ban by doing something zero tolerance. You may also get a 14 day ban if you have a history of punishments on your account but you are on the lowest punishment tier AND your chat logs are excessively negative/harassing even if they have no zero-tolerance words. (For example, calling someone a Retard once or twice is not zero tolerance and won't get you banned, but if you do it excessively along with other flaming you will get a ban) So there are many ways to get a 14 day bane. We don't know if OP had any previous violations. We don't know how severe his chat logs are. We don;t know if he was only punished for one game, or 3 consecutive games of flaming.

You have to either say a 0-tolerance word, or go through multiple(meaning more than 1) chat restrictions before you get banned. You will NEVER get 14-day banned for chat-related offenses without ONE of the two happening. Either ZTWs or going through multiple chat restrictions.

False. You will receive a 14 day ban if your chat log is severe enough to warrant that, without saying any zero tolerance words.

According to everything Riot has ever said, that's false - and I have yet to ever see a single example to make me change my mind. The Zero Tolerance words are what MAKE a chatlog 'severe' enough to warrant it on a first offense.

That, my unnecessarily insulting friend, is what is called a 'CYA Clause' - basically, it's allowing Riot to NOT lock themselves into the process in the event something comes up that is not covered. I have yet to hear of that ever being used, except for the ZTWs. If you can find me a case of it, then we can talk again.

Your "personal anecdotes" are irrelevant to official League of Legends literature that explain how the punishment system works. So you can say "in my experience __________" all you want and it doesn't make it true.

Yes, the option exists, but Riot ALSO reserves the right to close your account without cause or warning.

Oh, and almost every online game you've ever played reserves the same right.

These types of systems always have CYA clauses, that doesn't mean they're USED for anything ever.

Well no actually I was literally fucking bot lane WITH the adc who I was queued up with and playing with. My clone was sitting there smacking the tower as I was recalling, last hit it and I didn't even GET an assist :/

You obviously didn't hit it since the game didn't register you as giving an assist. The KhaZix got the tower, and Lucian assisted. It's all clearly shown in the game history.

You must be confusing first tower for a different game. And now you look batshit crazy lol
