Full Gold Income Runes and start Coin, sit in lane telling everyone that "you dont want to go fast, but no one else will". Finish Talsiaman then go into your righteous with boots thrown in. ZZ then just throw other stuff in whenver you feel like it. Your job is to just run at the enemy team then past them. Feast when they are low.

Gotta Cho Fast

speed buff falls off in combat and then you just have normal boots. The whole point is to go as fast as possible IN combat and overtake your opponent. Given that cho is a short range tank mage this isn't a horrible build considering he looks to be playing as support and doesn't need damage. Therefore he's there for just knockups and silence and soft AE damage. The Feast however is a great execute on anymore low that does amazing base damage. The OP is using speed and tank items to negate Cho's inherent weakness thereby giving up his damage output to play super support. With both the talisman and RG he can engage and disengage the enemy at will simply by running in and out with the need of a movement ability.

As a top build it would be a nightmare, but support cho oh god!. I don't think you need the gold runes though to be effective though. I think the OP just put them in to get his speed asap. If anything you would take movement runes to go even faster.
