Generally tends to happen in the games I'm particularly quiet. (I generally don't like to use even party chat, let alone /all, it's obnoxious).

Buuuuuuuuuut.......sometimes a guy just feels compelled to say things, whether it's constructive or degenerative (typically by being endlessly provoked by people one SHOULD just mute and ignore, damn my stupid sense of pride!).
