It was a joke saying that the gif has very few pixels... Very obvious joke that I find to be impossible to not get.

After I commented I came up with a better joke but it was too late. "The watermark has more pixels then the actual gif" Was it. Also, yes in 2016 almost everything needs to be higher then 360p at the very least. Upgrade your windows vista already and join the future.
