Why is this not a thing?!

So recently I had a revelation with some of my friends and we realized that League of Legends is in dire need of what I believe to be one of the best and probably most meme-able skins ever. This skin is none other than Golfer Jhin. Think about it! I have never heard a champion say, "Four!" so many times in my life. His Q could be him tossing a golf ball on people. His W would just be a drive. His E traps could be the Holes (with little flags in them), but when stepped on they turn into sand pits. And finally, his Ult would be a driving range where he slams golf balls at the enemies. I think this skin would be both awesome and hilarious!
