The worst is when someone in your premade does it though. I was playing with a friend last night, got a quadra, and the last guy was in melee range of me with 100 hp. My friend, on Smackajuwani, comes in and kills them. The Discord went silent, except for the sound of me having an aneurysm. The cheeky bastard gave me tilt-proof.

Then I am experiencing the Honor Irony Phenomenon.

I tilt in game. Honored for tilt-proof. I am doing bad. Honored for GG. I do virtually nothing to contribute victory. Honored for Great Shotcalling.

Then I have this game where I am calm god-like hyper-carry tank support splitpusher who wins the game on my own while creating elaborate divine strategies. No honor recieved.

I got honored with the chill icon after being flamed by my team and barking back and it made me super mad, so you're definitely not the only one using irony honor.

In Korea people have been doing this for years. If you see a guy in high elo with honor border, you know he's a tilter.

It seems that with the new system, you are actually rewarding bad behavior. Because they probably dropped below 2 honor and as such are being punished with less rewards. This sorta thing might bump em back undeservedly.

Say absolutely nothing but "ty", "yw", "gj", "nice", "lol", and ":)" and you'll get an infuriating amount of tilt-proof honors. I hate it. I don't want to say anything else but I hate it.

I hit tilt-proof for players who tilt sometimes. You can't tilt someone who was born tilted.

I even let them know in post-game chat, just so I can watch them flip out even more.

once i had an enemy specifically say "this is tilting me" in game and then they got most honorable player.... with 3 tilt-proof honors XD (only know what the honors are because they made a point in mentioning it in lobby)

Other day a group of friends and I were playing. Our Riven main lost lane and started demanding ganks when against a fed Illaoi . When we didn't he rage quit the discord. We all honoured for tilt proof.
