Except Skarner has a battlecast skin, and thus could still be metal.

Guilty! I actually use Guardian of the Sands more often than any other Skarner skin. I just really like his original VO.

Morde Jungle is my pocket pick when I don't get top. So yes, someone banned Morde when they saw my pick intent :I

That is one of the reasons I quit using pic intent. Someone literally took my Sona from me and it wasnt even mid it was top. I dodged that shit asap... though that might have been the idea....

I don't ever use the pick intent, for two reasons.

Mordekaiser is considered a troll pick, and your own team will ban him if you dare think about breaking the meta.
In what world would the enemy ban him since they can't see your summoner name in champ select?

The biggest problem with Morde atm (in my opinion), is he has little to no engage tool, which means if your fighting any ranged top lane, your gonna have a bad time.

That isn't Mordekaiser specific though. Any ranged top lamer is going to dance circles around melee top laners.

With proper play an positioning, you can at least hold lane until your jg can gank.

I laned against a Quinn and won lane. She never touched my tower and I out CSd her. End game, she only had 3 kills and ~120 CS. I had 12 kills and ~270 CS.

I never killed her in lane, just pushed enough she couldn't afford to roam, but stayed back enough jg could gank. And I pinged.... A lot...

Edit: I was playing Mordekaiser.

Maybe its just i don't have with morde, i play Karthus. top lane a lot, which allows me to poke down ranged lanes with Q and then give them a bad time with w or ult, however with morde, i can never seem to win agasit a ranged top lane.
