When a serious champion has a silly skin

I wish they did more silly skins. I mean, I love the sets like Star Guardian and Arcade and Project and all, but I want more silly skins other than 1 time a year on April Fools. Skins like Big Bad Warwick, Fisherman Fizz, Baker Pantheon, etc. We need more lighthearted, plain goofy stuff.
