in order to get them you need to get them from hextech chest and when you have like 8 of them you can trade them for the hextech Annie skin and the new Vayne skin will basically have the same thing soul stealer

It was a joke because it's so hard to get. Both brofresco and redmercy spent over 300 dollars in rp just for hextech crafting just to get the Annie skin.

Riot is going to make another skin you can only get from Hextech Crafting called Soulstealer Vayne. I'll keep the gemstone :3

Its garbage. and having it would just say that your a vayne main which doesnt say anything good about you.

by garbage I mean it looks like a 1350 skin that wasnt worked enough

What I meant is, since they're releasing another skin only unlockable trough Hextech Crafting, there's a chance Riot will do more and more, and I'll keep the gemstone until they make a skin worth converting.

Hextech Annie is in exactly the same boat. It's precisely the same quality level as Soulstealer Vayne.
