okay here's how it works.

You first reply to someones balance change, with either BROKEN or BALANCED Then provide your own change. For example

>Tryndamere's Undying rage (R) Lasts for 7 seconds, but lowers attack damage by 15%. Broke or balanced?

^ >balanced. Teemo's Blinding dart (Q) Deals 80/125/170/215/260 + 80> 150% of AP

^ >BROKEN! (ETC, champ+skill change goes here)

So I'll start with

Tryndamere's Undying rage (R) Lasts for 7 seconds, but lowers attack damage by 15%. Broke or balanced?

Broken. Tryndamere's would go jungle, build Devourer and BotRK and full tank and be unstoppable.

Fizz's E can be cast again after the first time, but has an increased cooldown of 4x after.

tough one. Balanced, though unlikely.

Corki's Gatling gun (E) can be toggled to shoot in front of him as he walks, or directional.

Balanced.

Ekko's stun field(W, right?) casts twice as fast and can't be seen until its ready to stun/slow, but the stun duration is 3/4 the normal and there is no shield.

Sona Crescendo (R) Longer and wider range, 0.5 second less stun duration

Mmm... tricky. The bigger range could mean more people if they clump up just enough, but the less stun duration means its a lot less powerful... Balanced, I guess.

Lee Sin's W is now a skillshot dash that can dash anywhere around him in 3/4 the radius it is now.

Broken. Now he can just skip sightstone/ward items and have more dmg or tank.

Viktor's Laser now can curve and can be somewhat controlled for direction, but stops after the first champion hit.

Balanced.

TFs Blue card now deals 10% less damage to champs, but drains mana based on the 10% missing Damage( Champions only)

Fair, and Balanced. Nice one

Lux's Final spark (R) Now can attack at full map range, But damage is decreased on further champions. at max level ult, deals magic damage 500 (+%75 AP) for 2500 range, scaling down to 200 (+%75 AP) at longer ranges.
