I haven't tried it since the tank items got changed, but when I played it in previous patches I ended up amassing a 100% win rate across 7-8 games.
It's so hilarious when it works because everyone will expect you to build AP and ult into the enemy team, and no one expects a 2.25 second fear at level 9 (since jungle Fiddles normally maxes RWQE, not RQWE).

: idk if he counts as an OP sleeper or not but I play Veigar, you don't see him much and everyone says "Oh hes shit, he sucks, uuhhhnnnggngwngwneg I'm a loser" kind of shit but really like Susan I just farm Q and when mid or late game comes, no one wants to go near me with 1000 AP ulting people to death, same goes for Vel'Koz, team fight brakes out? naaaa get ulted/AoE traped/stuned.

Used to be Morde, but then they reworked Morde and I'm in fucking Bronze so everyone throws a shit fit whenever I attempt to use the new Morde as Rito intended. (as a melee ADC)
Nowadays, it's JG Poppy, built hella AD.
I also jungle with a tank-built Cho'Gath, but that's less "sleeper OP" and more just plain damn fun. Dat feel when you get Feast stacks and a good amount of build going and then just spaghetti all over the whole enemy team and there's not a single solitary thing they can do about it but watch in horror as you instagib the crap out of everyone...#goodtimes
I know it was in the Team Builder trailer but I've never seen it. Leona jungle. Those are some brutal ganks and now with cinderhulk she gets super tanky.

Well it WAS Skarner....with devourer and trinity but apparently everyone caught on....
I play a decent amount of Jungle . It's pretty hard early on, but being able to plant shrooms wherever you want is really awesome. For example, in the enemies' bottom lanes path to tribush so they hit it when they go to ward. On their path to dragon to thwart the attempt. Any narrow pathway. It's just really fun.
