Your biological sex is just the expression of chromosomes through hormones. While "X or Y" is a pretty clear distinction, every single aspect of sexuality can be coded in a more or less pushed fashion towards the extremes of femininity or masculinity, and most importantly hormone release and reception can vary through time, creating inconsistencies between different facets that develop at different moments.

Result of this? Every character is an individual spectrum, from primary (genitals) to the most hidden psychological implications. So, who you're attracted to is also a spectrum controlled by the hormones released during the development of that part of the brain. That means that there's no "wall" - there's no point at which you can say that you're completely insensitive to your non-main orientation.

EDIT: this being said, a continuous spectrum doesn't prevent eventually getting to a point where a factor is negligible - but a. it's very pushed towards the extremes, so it's only for uber-males and uber-females like Ahri or Olaf, and b. even then that means there's some elasticity, counting that the root for the behaviour is there (just shrinked to inactivity) and you have a consciousness and control over your wants.

I have saved allies with Charm:

Ahri's charm has to be worse then a stun. You can't use abilities but you put yourself in a situation that becomes gravely more dangerous. Expect a flash. No flash? High Death!

On the topic of Banshee's Veil: Use your w Assuming you are within range, if not, then q for the magic damage to proc the passive, true damage is still possible, then charm. Assuming ult isn't up, of course. Otherwise, it is in the w. And I think it only blocks one of the three.
