I built tear on every single mage for some reason...
First champion i really actually played was warwick
Stacked warmogs and that was it
S5 Teemo, I always build Liandrees first so I could watch my victims suffer...
5 Dorans blades and a health potion... Even on mages... What was I thinking?

I stacked as many bloodthirsters as I could in that particular game. After it was changed.
I read that double Infinity Edge was the best 2 item combo in terms of damage, and so whenever I played Caitlyn I would build 2.
Granted, IE was a lot more powerful back then(and the other AD alternatives were a lot worse), but it probably was still better to buy an attack speed item second just because it was cheaper. But I was under the notion that Caitlyn was a champion that poked powerfully from out of range, one auto at a time, and so she didn't really need attack speed since she'd never attack twice in a row...
and 
- I didn't understand suggested items 2.. I didn't know there were more items
- I liked 40+ attack damage, and 50% attack speed
I played jinx and I always built a Runaan's and a bloodthirster. I used to just get bloodthirsters until a friend yelled at me for doing so.
