Actually, I've personally noticed people being MUCH more toxic in Normals. For probably the past 10 - 15 games I've unfortunately had very toxic teammates who raged all game, flamed their teammates, and just were really toxic. Actually one or two games ago I had a Leona that insulted everybody for every little mistake, even if she died it was suddenly everyone else's fault. Last game our Draven ADC flipped out on our Shyvana because at 15 minutes into the game she couldn't 1v3 a Xin Zhao, Vayne, and Thresh and she died pretty fast. I don't see this every game fortunately.
I've personally seen a lot more nicer people in Ranked because a lot of people don't want toxicity to cost the match.
This is so so true. It's hilarious to watch the chat devolve in ranked.
