I am married. I have gotten creative with my scheduling as to not interfere with our time together as much as possible. It helps to make some sort of a schedule or set her expectations if you're in a serious relationship. "Honey, I'm going to play on Wednesday night around X:XX" That way when you're with her you won't find yourself wishing you were playing league instead. Fully devote X time to her and X time to yourself

See, I never let it get that far.

I've had girls complain about me playing too much League when we aren't even dating. I just let them know that they aren't and never will be as important as League, and if they want to be second priority at all times then that's fine.

Thus, I've yet to have a GF. Totally fine by me.

I used to have a girlfriend that did this all the time. But I dumped her and now I'm with someone that told me she'll even play with me after she gets her computer built! I'm so blessed
