In his Old lore, he chemically burned Karma's body and harmed the Ionian people. He was such a cruel bastard that Soraka turned him into a wolf. In his new lore, WW gains Soraka's trust and tries to carve her heart out for his agenda when she lets her guard down.
The Doctor Facilier of the League. He makes shady deals with people and then royally screws them over. He feeds off the misery of his clients.

Also there's a difference between being an asshole and being a dick. An asshole you know is gonna do things just to be an asshole. A dick does whatever he does, but does it while being a dick.
