Possible hint at another champion?

As I am spectating my friends, I constantly hear comments when certain things die. At first I thought I was crazy, but then I constantly hear it more often.

The only quote that I have remembered is:

"He could have been a mountain."

Am I missing something or am I just crazy?

Been out the whole patch. When you kill a jg camp it will play one of many lines.
