No, they did not. As of the moment in current lore, Rumble and Teemo are both currently friend zoned by Tristana. Although, this has yet to be fully confirmed, seeing as though Rumble is the only one of the three that has not received a true lore update. True meaning something like Shen's, he did get a lore update, but it was only to remove the Institute of War from his lore. Also, if you read through Tristana's new taunts, she has two taunts for Rumble, and they both seem to suggest that she is teasing him: "Keep your eyes on the enemy, Rumble." "Nice suit Rumble, what do you call it?" Yet the only taunt she has for Teemo is: "Teemo, are these mushrooms your ammunition, or your rations?" So. As a recap. Neither Rumble x Tristana or Teemo x Tristana have been confirmed as actual ships, not even half way ships. AS of the moment, Trist is a friend with both of them, while they are both rivals with each other... for obvious reasons. And until Rumble finally gets his own true lore update, we can not say for sure that Rumble x Tristana is not confirmed.
