As a rule that I go by, reroll the very cheap shards, disenchant the expensive shards I don't want, and hold onto the shards I want to one day own.
well I got robo nunu and project ashe skin right after I bought it literraly 2 min after I got it the chest gave it to me I was hella pissed but I got a lot of other ultimate and a few other legendary skins from opening 13 of them chest so it wasn't to bad but I def disenchant ones I own and I always reroll champ shards I already own.
This reminds me of when I had a Brolaf skin shard and was literally 1 RP from buying another chest, which would have likely gotten me the 42 orange essence I needed for that skin.
And pick Final Boss Veigar, all the way.
