Just throwing the idea out there: so, I was wondering what prompted Riot to break from their status quo and release a character with LGTBQ background. My first idea was pressure from communities outside of League's player base, but today, I had an idea. Conspiracy. What if Riot expected the community to react so spectacularly that they released Neeko just for the meme of seeing their player base react?
