Rek'Sai needs some serious nerfs.
Knowing riots logic with nerfs, will either remain strong for years to come even through hundreds of nerfs like Kha'zix.
OR be useless for a year until riot decides to finally admit they over did the nerfs and actually give a very minor buff that barely does anything.
She has severe case of LeeSinitis. Builds one damage item, the rest tank, and demolishes.
