yah... but as a result they are buffing her auras to compensate but removing the ally tag extention but increasing range. idk, its a mixed bag.

(i didnt read the buff to w heal and e speed properly.)

Edit: I just realized while they nerfed q active she also gets the aura proc damage buff too so overall its not too bad, sorta... so i might be fine with it

It stacks with CDR, if you build 40% CDR you get up to 64%, since it was reduced to 40% in the last PBE patch. Due to the way CDR works as well that 24% CDR you get is worth as much as 40% at 0, basically every point of CDR is worth more than the last.
