Even worse is when you meet someone in a game that went well, queue with them for a few more games that go well, but as soon as a game starts to go down hill, they rage quit and the rest of the team knows you queued together. Feels bad.

I'm a pretty decent loser, I'm just not very good at playing.

I don't know how I am as a winner, I never get the chance to see

Yeah. Found a seemingly nice player lately. We played for a week. I made one bad call, that was partially responsible for losing (I mean, what do you do when somebody is splitting on your team? You go 4v5, obviously. Duh. Blame the person splitting!). After the game I learned how bad I am, how much I deserve to be silver forever, etc.

That reminded me why I haven't queued up with my countrymen in the past.

It is much worse if its someone you are close to in real life. Like a significant other, and you discover their abusive side through a stupid league game.

Losing will happen. Anybody who flips out at one loss gets unfriended. Or just dont play anything competitive with them lol.

Exactly.

When I do ranked team tryouts, I want to make sure I will not lose the person as soon as there is a loss. So when I do tryouts, I do 2 or 3 games and try to make things as difficult as possible, to see how the person handles stress, a losing scenario, and a possible loss. If they rage and lose hope immediately, they do not pass.

i recently played with a friend. we skyped and one of his other friend+his wife joined the call and we queued up. i was jg and the wife was nasus top(LOL cause she was a total bitch.). was losing really bad to maokai. she was really bad even worse than my lvl 11 friend who was morg bot. i was watching her more than anyone while i cleared camps and could tell she was a lost cause. i went top anyway cause she was flaming about how annoying maokai was and cussing/just being anoying, then she went mid fought a few time with us, BUT she didn't get any of the kills. so she really starts raging now about how we all ksed her and telling us to fuck off and what not. then udyr was knocking on our top inhib turret so i run up to help her(she wasn't really even trying to stop him) so i charge in and start chunking him and she comes in a few seconds after when hes about half HP and starts attacking him with me. then SUPRISE i got the kill cause she has no dmg and i was using everything to kill him before he took our tower. she starts screaming "WTF you fucking kill stealer! i can't do shit cause you steal my kills!" among other things lol moral of the story.... idk... "some people are pieces of shit?" i guess lol i was stunned at the time that someone would act so childish(especially since she had already bred unfortunately), but it was kinda funny. I feel terrible for her child though...
