It'd probably have to be put on the PBE in advance, to make sure there aren't any gamebreaking bugs, so since it's not on the PBE yet it's not coming yet.

Everyone keeps getting upset at this but Rito said were getting Urf twice this year because it wasn't on April 1st. I mean have it twice, or once. I'm ok with it not being on since we'll get even more of it later. Also upvote for Farnsworth.
