I always used Flash to get back to lane quicker.
On the bright side, I got really good at Flashing over the nexus ^^"
don't hate me for my stupidity, but I thought ashe was a top laner because she said "i always take the highground"
I thought the champion stats graph was what they had naturally. I thought I needed to rush Banshee's on Ashe cause I already had high damage.
The first time I played League. I played AD Katarina and just blindly clicked buttons. I leveled all skills at the same time, qweqwewqwe or something.
I remember thinking runaans was the best item ever because it doubled your damage output (the two smaller bolts did half damage so your autoattacks do twice as much). This was also back in season 3 when it just gave you 70% attack speed and the two bolt passive and remember rushing it on veigar then getting regular ap items and realising my mistake.
When I thought that master yi was an adc and played him bot lane until I was lvl 20.
I thought flash was absolutely useless because of its relatively short range
This was the very early days of my career so dont judge but I decided to say f*ck the system in my, like, 4th? game and build something not recommended. I ended up building a
on Garen.
until I was lv25 I took heal and tp everywhere I went I never used flash bc I thought heal and flash were similar and gave you health
support was my first game ever.
i went 1-4.
my friend went vayne mid and finished 30-5- something-ish, he was only like gold level at the time, i thought he was godlike at this game.
i bought
on
because I liked the active item and I didn't think boots were important.
I have no idea why, it's literally the most stupid thing I have ever done in any game, but I would buy nothing except for daggers, and always go Kayle. I've helped a lot of friends get into league when they wanted to try it, but not a single one was as bad as I was. Didn't even buy boots or a single ward.
i went tank zed before
i bought zed as my first champion lol
Getting Frozen Heart on
for armor so i wouldn't die to minnions :|
Feeling hyper proud of getting my velkoz to 250 armor, and not understanding whey that didn't block all the damage. Like, shouldn't I be invincible at that point? I was smart back in the days of lvl 5
wayy back in early season 2 went ad kennan alot, thought i was so cool i that i could use my e and go so fast (same with voli) when i was viegar i thought i was so good because i had more ap than ad always took tp to get to lane faster to hide in that bush to hopfully kill someone and barrier, i thought flash was usless because of such a long cooldown for such a short range, took me to level 20 then my friends said it was actually good,
I lost against bots, more than once

Direct quote from me back when I started: " OMG, who the hell even jungles. It's supposed to be 2 top." half a year later, knowledge kicked in .__.
(to be fair to first starting me, it would be easier to know that jungler is a thing if bots could jungle)
I played amumu.
And built only the recommended items.
I thought I was a pretty good solomid amumu.
Mind you this was years ago, juuust before Season 1 kicked in. Back then it was anything goes as long as you could kill.
I bought
on
because it reminded me of the legend of zelda, and
sounded like a minecraft adventure map i was building. I built these 2 items, on
...
I thought Garen's spin could hurt the turrets.
From summoner level 1 until level 13 I only played teemo, and I always rushed Malady straight into Wit's End, figuring with my insane attack speed + blind on Q and mana drain on Wit's End (ahh old mechanics RIP) that I was unbeatable.
Then I found out I wasn't. Thank you Innervating Locket Udyr ... shivers
2010 was a fun year for me in league, I fell in love with the game and community simultaneously due to the fact that 80% of people playing the game were sincerely new and as such the atmosphere was completely alien to that of what new players face today.
[zombie-nunu-tears]
i would never buy smaller items leading up to something like a trinity force. I'd just wait until i had enough money to buy it then i'd get it
