(Hammer Stance) W - Passively restore mana from auto attacks. Activate for 100% AP scaling DoT lightning field around you.
E - Poison on auto attacks
R - Heal yourself back up + move speed bonus
I have perfected the AP auto-attacker. You can literally stay in lane forever if you play safe, you can catch enemies and escape, and you have a deadly close range ability in case you get jumped.

Once I made a kit that would give ridiculous attack range, to the tune of 1450.
I beleive it went

Another possibility would be
Passive: Gragas's Q: Rewind W: Rewind E: Rewind R: anything. Literally anything could go here and be good with a decent amount of mana. Rotations would be a mashing of Rewinds until your mana runs out or your ult CD is done. Might only need 2 rewinds, but the point is to have the rewinds reduce the CD of each other.
Q - Baleful Strike W - Remove Scurvy E - Playful/Trickster R - Mega Inferno Bomb
