You could try a custom.
The most funny game I dodged went like this:
Pro tip for you.
Go into custom, create a normal game and start it without bots or anything.
Don't actually play the game, all you want is the champion selection which still works under the Blind Pick system.
Find Jhin in the game, and memorize the exact location of his portrait. Put your finger on the screen if you have to. Quit the custom before it starts, and start a Blind Pick normal game.
After you accept the game, put your mouse where your finger was, or wherever you know Jhin is he will still be in the EXACT same place, as the screen saves where you were last looking and just CLICK LIKE THE DICKENS. When the game starts up, you instant get Jhin and call whatever role you want. GG.

Yes, where's team builder, because all the 400.000 players that want to play Jhin will now queue with each other??????? Jhin top, Jhin mid, Jhin adc, Jhin jungle, Jhin support I've seen all of that in the new draft mode. And guess what, if you wanted Jhin, in the team builder, you would've have to wait for hours to get him. Like 2+ hours. Most people in team builder would've either queue for Jhin or play the new modes.
Then you would complain that it takes 3 hours to find a game, and then your team was full of trolls. So, whatever riot would have done, you guys would've still complained.
Play with 4 friends, and bam, you got Jhin. If you lack friends, go play custom games if you want Jhin so much. That's what I did with her 
and it worked nicely

Team builder sucked.
It's been really easy to get him in blind pick. In team builder I would have had to wait 20+ minutes to get a game. And people would still kick you for picking whoever was released. I remember trying to team-builder on champ releases, it was awful.
1 time out of 6. And I played about 14ish games today and I think around 12-11 I got Jhin.
If I was doing teambuilder I might have gotten 3 or 4 games all day. I probably wouldn't have the patience to deal with it. And the games from teambuilder were so low quality. Glad it's gone
Same problem here haha And it feels like people are literally trying to play him every role bar support. So not only do I have to fight against enemy team locking Jhin, but 3 other people wanting to play him Bot/Mid/Top
Meanwhile, a new support comes out, and I get to play them eight games in a row without competition.
