Upon entering the Rift all enemy champions target Teemo regardless of the other allies on your team no matter what health % they are missing.
This is further increased by spamming your laugh taunt at them repeatedly. Expect to get reported and verbally abused in all chat. Expect an enemy to rage about stepping on your little doomsday device rendering them near death and crawling away.

Auz the Ripper1 votesMost assassins can kill him in that delay and diving champions in general are usually mobile enough to dodge his W. Plus Deadly flourish has a CD of 14 at all levels, the lowest it can is 8.4 seconds with 40% CDR, so using it offensively leaves him wide open

Then again, he could be OP, but this behavior is normal. Even Bard got banned a few times on release week.
Ariel the Cruel1 votesBard (and most new champions) either got banned or didn't. Especially in pre-5, you're not worried about an ally picking (and sucking with) the new champ, so it's a wasted ban. Jhin so far has literally been pick/ban status for the other team. This would suggest they really want to pick him, but don't want to risk going against him. A common sign of OP and FotM champs.
Despite the pick/ban trend though, we trashed every. Single. Jhin. So either he is OP and the ones we played against sucked, or the people we play against are just trolling to prevent others from playing him.

The guy just got released, and there's many threads about people just banning him just because it's the first week, and people just wanting to pick him to try him out (like this thread). If you're trashing him, then you don't even have anecdotal reference for it :/
From what I remember, ban rate is more about perceived power (Darius's ban rate did not lower for awhile after some, er, very reasonable nerfs that toned down his power quite a bit. People do not forgive and forget that easily) which is likely to affect a champion on their first week. Considering how Jihn scales uniquely with his AD, people might call him OP right out of the gate. As for pick rate, people want to play the champion that just got released. It happened with Ekko, Tentacle Princess, and a few others.
Honestly, I think it'd be better to at least wait a week or two to see how people adapt with and against him. This playerbase can be finicky sometimes (I know I am). If he is truly OP, we'll see a similar pattern to the Graves rework. Bursty ADC's can be a sore spot in the balance discussion department, so while I'm not going to say he isn't OP, I'm just not quite sure if I can trust anyone saying he is.
Although if he truly is OP and you're still trashing him, nice. Kick him down before he gets nerfed for bragging rights.

No. But from my experience, the "we get him or nobody does" mentality is unusual for new champs in pre-5 unless they are over-tuned. Yolo Queue is a different monster entirely.

Go into custom, create a normal game and start it without bots or anything.
Don't actually play the game, all you want is the champion selection which still works under the Blind Pick system.
Find Jhin in the game, and memorize the exact location of his portrait. Put your finger on the screen if you have to. Quit the custom before it starts, and start a Blind Pick normal game.
After you accept the game, put your mouse where your finger was, or wherever you know Jhin is he will still be in the EXACT same place, as the screen saves where you were last looking and just CLICK LIKE THE DICKENS. When the game starts up, you instant get Jhin and call whatever role you want. GG.

Tyaldan1 votesIm actually thinking of doing a duo bot with jhin support, his traps are great, his w is the perfect snare, its just a little hard to hit without them being slowed. The solution? Adc ashe. It could be fun as hell and op too. ashe stuns for jhins ult who then if they arent dead follows up with a w snare.

Ashe would rush black cleaver and go for a bruiser build while Jhin builds full damage.

Jhin top, Jhin mid, Jhin adc, Jhin jungle, Jhin support I've seen all of that in the new draft mode. And guess what, if you wanted Jhin, in the team builder, you would've have to wait for hours to get him. Like 2+ hours. Most people in team builder would've either queue for Jhin or play the new modes.
Then you would complain that it takes 3 hours to find a game, and then your team was full of trolls. So, whatever riot would have done, you guys would've still complained.
Play with 4 friends, and bam, you got Jhin. If you lack friends, go play custom games if you want Jhin so much. That's what I did with her 
and it worked nicely

It's been really easy to get him in blind pick. In team builder I would have had to wait 20+ minutes to get a game. And people would still kick you for picking whoever was released. I remember trying to team-builder on champ releases, it was awful.
1 time out of 6. And I played about 14ish games today and I think around 12-11 I got Jhin.
If I was doing teambuilder I might have gotten 3 or 4 games all day. I probably wouldn't have the patience to deal with it. And the games from teambuilder were so low quality. Glad it's gone
