well, the ability has a 6s cooldown and it takes 8 seconds for the energy to return from it

or if you combine it with W, 12 seconds total

along with various other factors (such as decreasing energy costs per ability level, blue buff, runes and etc)

well, they're a variable, not a necessity, but full runes can increase energy regen by 30%

But he can't spam as much in a short period of time as they do? And he continues to run out of energy at 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 minutes, but at around 10-20 minutes most mana champs lose their limitations altogether.

I am thinking. I am irritated because so many people say stuff without actually ever playing the champion to know what he/she/it feels.

Mana champs don't lose their limitations, the players know when it's worth it to use a spell and when it isn't.

If a Lux uses her E off cooldown as poke, she'll run oom pretty fast even with a Morello. Mage players just tend to be experienced enough to know how when to go for poke.

Just play Nasus against him. Singed players are actually doing you a favor by proxy farming because you can just tank the minions and keep getting stacks without having to worry about losing stacks due to minion autos. And a max level W is still going to fuck singed up, even if he gets the boots to counter it.

right now i finish a game the enemy team was having a yasuo everyone on the enemy team beg us to report yasuo because he was flaming..

So again is not our fault that the 90% of yasuo players are toxic...

1: Asking for reports is against the rules so they themselves were breaking the rules.

2: Assuming they were not lying/mistaken/tilted and just accepting their statement as facts.

3: I've seen 4 recent supports who were toxic. All supports are toxic? This broken logic does not work, personal experience of one individual does not stand for 90% of them.

4: Confirmation bias. You "know" all Yasuo's are toxic therefore your mind notices the toxic ones and ignores others. And when other players on other champions are toxic they are merely "toxic players" or "having a bad game".

1-not is not riot has stated that "asking for reports is not AGAINST the rules so stop saying stuff that are not truth or use google before you try to make an argument!

2-They werent lying because this person was talking in all chat saying "omg this trash jungler j4 report him bla bla"

3-Supports in generals are different players Yasuo players is data from ONE CHAMPION and when you see from 10 games that you have a yasuo in your game the 9 of them are full with toxicity from him the numbers talk!! THAT THE DIFFERENT check my match history all games that they were yasuo on ether they will feed or they will be toxic

And nobody makes rumor if there is not a bit of truth on it!!

Because i could say "omg all orianna players are toxic" after i see an orianna player who was toxic but everyone would say "no dude that just one case"

But when pretty much everyone say "yasuo players are toxic" again the number talks

You are speaking from personal opinion and bias. Nothing more.

And even if it was somewhat higher, which it probably is a little. We don't judge individuals based on a slightly higher average %.

Oh I practiced new Ashe builds for those common damage heavy vs damage heavy team comps. Bork->runaans->tabi->cleaver->maw of malmortius->mortal reminder/GA/BT/DD. Been working really well in games where you don't need the full massive damage and instead just need to survive a bit.
