I played Riven in PVP once. The enemy Garen destroyed me. Then he added me after the game, told me he was a Riven main and we had a 1v1 match, he as Riven, me as Garen.
I know a bit about how Riven works, thanks to that player >.>
Well, if I understood Correctly most posts in this Topic, Seems like People who have issues with Riven want her nerfed, by following that way of thinking, should I start asking for nerfs to Master Yi, Since I almost always got issues with Him? I Believe not, Since my main Issue with him, is keeping up with his Q, Due to his fast movement(and the fact that due to my bad luck, he always end up in my face), so People who want Riven Nerfed, there are 2 basic paths you can follow, Learn how to deal with her, or keep being Rivenfood, Im trying to learn how to deal with Master Yi, and Im starting to not die instantly when I face him.
Whether or not a champion is OP, there are some that are fun to play against, fun to play with, and unfun for either/both. :V
It's not a balance issue if a champion is fine in terms of power but unfun to play against, it's most of a player opinion kind of thing. From a business standpoint, both are pretty important.
But you know what?
Riven and Garen have one thing going one. When either of them get fed, it's a pain in the ass and you want to ff@20, but taking them down as a team feels so rewarding. It's like Dark Souls, the catharsis factor after some masochistic gameplay is so worth it.
So in other words, Riven being unfun to play against also makes her fun to play against, in a weird roundabout sorta way. But she isn't OP, at least I don't think she is.
I rarely ever lose to her, mostly draw sometimes win, rarey lose, ithat's as Teemo, kat, annie, and soraka so...

When u play immobile dps meele champions and u are even with riven, but u still lose (even if u dont fail ur skills) at all in vs a mobile champion with 2 forms of cc u will complain 2
