It's a lot less cute than that but yeah pretty much.
I'll just come down from top and take it while they are argueing, as 
needs it more.

Four minutes later, mid lane takes 3/4 hp damage soloing the blue buff and immediately feeds it to the enemy mid laner after they get back to lane.
