Once was playing on my smurf while
was on free week. I lost lane and was far behind in gold, and unable really kill anyone quickly, and seeing as I was akali that was all I could really do for my team, so I was in a bad spot. To make matters worse, the enemy team would go out of their way to kick my face into the ground and kill me every time they saw me, even when I was no threat, it was like they wanted to demoralize me so much that I would either afk or keep me so far behind that I would never catch up. I eventually gave up on getting kills, said f*ck it, and bought
and pretty much played like a support, warding nonstop for my team and since I was so far behind in levels, I was able to get in some deep wards since them killing me wasn't giving much gold anyway. My team members were able to make quite a few good picks thanks to my wards, and they were able to stall the game out. I was still dying repeatedly, but it eventually got to the point where I was caught up enough that I was able to get a nice triple in a teamfight (it was honestly ks/cleanup but my team was fine with it they said they wanted me to get some kills). And at that very moment, the enemy team surrendered.
Keep in mind that the entire game the enemy team was relentless in making sure I stayed extremely far behind, at one point I nearly gave up because I felt like I was doing nothing but feeding, but was helpless to actually get any kills. But I kept on warding and my teammates helped keep my spirits up in chat, and eventually we were able to turn the game completely around.
I Just say: " we can do this" and hope no one notice my mistakes :p
I just use similar comments to what you two said, and then continue doing my best and PRAYING that I'm actually able to help MY team.
Aaron Paul is like "These feels..."
When people turn the league of legends forum into a meme board
When I realize my team is carrying me super hard, I just start warding and try not to die anymore.
Thanks for your service brothers, I'll try not to make your job any harder, lol.
