I love abusing the party reward system

I'm not gonna say your build isn't good, cuz it is. But you should try getting the and it really helps you alot in team fights to launch out a continuous barrage of rockets and not deplete your mana. Plaus the two additional rockets deal splash damage as well, so you basically hit everyone three times with one attack.

Not really abusing if riot made this happen on purpose. They want this to happen.

Its only abusing if your using some broken tactic or some flaw in the games code to get that IP.
