I wouldn't bother with the term "OP" anymore,riot has been doing such a horrible job at balancing there's no sense anymore,preseason broke a lot of things,yet we still carry old ops from last season(like gp and fiora),I don't think it's possible for me to list the OPs anymore,just play one of them,most of the champ pool pales in comparison and it's not like you can ban them anymore.

In all honestly though i personally have played all champs i used to have a problem with such as . And with the knowledge of playing them i can see first hand at exactly what they are weak to, Such as Yas not stopping a skilled Mid and Voli being weak to hard CC, kiting, and a well timed ignite. Rumble can be stopped with a few early ganks top or mid and he can be shut down far before he becomes a problem. I know how to counter Lux with some high mobility and burst or out poking her with CC burst such as Vel. I just seem to always fight her when im someone with no mobility or weaker late game.
If you hate a champion, play them. The best way to see the weakness is to have others show you. Who knows you might like playing that champ.

That is why I have played Fizz a few times. Once you know exactly how his abilities work, he is not nearly as rage inducing to fight.
I personally have kinda just kept a mental timer of his E's cooldown and from their you can really exploit him.
