Oh no, I got out of Bronze and rose up to Silver 2. But it has been a steady decent since then, and I am now Silver 4 with 18 lp.

My friend told me that sometimes dodging when theirs red flags in champions select may help climb easier. you only lose a little lp each dodge... AND your **MMR isn't affected when you dodge. ** That's the big one...

If your teammates are already fighting. - Doesn't seem like they would work together as a team to win but against each other to lose...

try to strike up a conversation, tell puns like you do.. see how they react. Do they seem like they're on tilt? raging? not really in the zone?

Notice how I made your team have no CC glass cannons and their team has full CC and deals tons? Yea.....

So it's like, if it looks like a total loss in champion select... You can save your MMR by dodging.

Edit: I used to never know all this, and I thought dodging will get me heavily penelized. So I rolled with every team I got before... but thanks to a plat friend I know better now..

Not to be a "insert proper term here because I can't come up with one" nazi, but Fiora isn't really a glass cannon, neither is panth. Bard has cc, draven and fizz both have a knockup/back(even tho it's very short), Fiora has conditional cc (if you land w) panth has a stun and his ult. The other team is obviously better though.
