It's really more a "come at me, bros" situation if you're any standard top-laner and you've been allowed to farm up a storm.

I tend to play incredibly aggressively, and the number of times I've spent 10 minutes pushed to the enemy turret with no jungler is kinda disgusting.

I tend to play too passively. I poke down the enemy, but freeze the lane to force him to move closer for my jungler or for him to go do something else or simply wait and gain exp alone.

Tends to work because most of the times, enemies tend to be too greedy and to make mistakes.

My secret, using Top'Sai, is that people don't respect her. I pressure and push. They engage and die. I force their hand because I'll make them lose farm and go hard on them if they don't. That's how you win top lane HARD.
