In a picture of the inspiration rune you can see a person that looks like Ezreal. So that mean that Ezreal already has the inspiration rune. He has his gauntlet with a hextech crystal so he has two of the six stones. He is also an explorer going around looking for artifacts. IT'S CONFIRM THAT EZREAL IS THANOS TO MAKE ADC GREAT AGAIN

There were a shit ton of cells in the vault Ryze was storing the runes in, which implies that there are a helluva lot more than 5 runes.
Yeah but Ryze is putting them away, not using them.
