i think i got the hang of this, and at least 30% less brain matter than before
in my experience, that basically means "when you get fed but the enemy team has a riven"

Unfortunately, this happens about 90% of the time whenever I'm not the one laning vs Riven =/

Moral of story: When you win a duel with the devil (or riven rather than teemo) and your enemy laner is going flashignite like a chump: Just walk back to lane. You'll never know when your team needs you.
