HAHAHAHA, I had to log in to comment on this. I work at a gym, I consider myself a of decent build and size. 6"2 at 220 lbs. I have been lifting consistantly for about 3 and a half years. Then one day a client starts calling me "Froggy" . Then the glass shattered and I realized I sound like Kermit the fricken frog when I talk. So I feel your pain my man. But start lifting and it wont matter what you sound like. When you can deadlift 500lbs normal people wont make fun of your voice ( accept for this one lady ahaha ).

Its all calories in vs calories out, and the quality of the food you eat. If you want to lose weight, you need to consumer 200-300 calories less a day than you are expending. If you want to gain weight you need to eat an excess of callories compared to what you are expending. Mix that in with moderate exercise 3-4 times a week and you will see changes. But you have to be consistent. Try to lose weight like you tried getting out of elo hell.

Hahaha Not exactly, that was more of a joke. But with some truth in their. There is no need to apologize for asking how to know your calorie intake. Asking questions no matter how stupid you think they are is only going to benefit you if you are willing to learn. So always ask and always question until you understand . Then keep learning! With that aside..Calorie counting can seem daunting at first, but its simple, There are 4 calories per gram of protein, 4 calories per gram of carbs, and 9 calories per gram of fat. If you want to make it easier, just use your fist as a guide. One fist size portion of protien per meal, 1 fist full of carbs ( White rice/red potatoes/ sweet potatoes / ) and 2 fist fulls of veggies.

Indeed I can. It's unfortunatley not impressive enough in comparison to some of the guys I lift with. My 500lbs is like Gold division while my other lifting friends are in diamond or challenger. Always strive to be better!
